Michael Fleming is the President and CEO at Innovate Dental Marketing, a dental marketing agency headquartered in the sprawling multi-cultural and taco mecca of Houston, Texas.
He is passionate about the art of dental marketing and helping dental practices and Dental Service Organizations across the country grow their business and live in abundance.
Outside of work, Michael is a passionate and enthusiastic soul who loves creating amazing memories with his beautiful wife and 4 children.
In addition to his roles as Father, Dad, and CEO, Michael is also a Youth Baseball/Soccer/Basketball/Football Coach, Author, Airplane Pilot, Weekend Mariner, Musician, Philanthropist, Artist, and all-around good guy that his mother would be very proud of!
As the Vice President and Head of Sales at Innovate Dental Marketing, Cody Gallagher loves working with people and solving problems and believes that no two dental practices are the same.
Cody believes that “the customer experience is what makes Innovate so special, we seek clarity with our clients to be sure that we deliver projects that exceed expectations every single time” and works with the team at Innovate to create new solutions daily for every practice.
When Cody is not flying across the country helping his dental partners create amazing solutions for their practices, he can be found spending time with his 3 boys and 1 daughter and coaching wrestling, and baseball, and going to singing auditions on the weekend.
You can also find him spending time in Newport Beach or the fabulous Las Vegas with his wife, Cassandra.
Mariela was born in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco, Mexico, and is a proud first-generation graduate of the University of Houston, where she earned her degree in Strategic Communications, Summa Cum Laude, with a minor in Psychology. She has a deep passion for the world of advertising and is constantly learning new things that she’s eager to implement in her work. A lover of the arts, Mariela enjoys painting, drawing, and writing, but her creative interests also extend to design—fashion, graphic design, interior design, and editing. A fun fact about Mariela is that she used to be a child voice actor for radio commercials! One of her favorite shows is Gilmore Girls, although, ironically, she hates coffee. Outside of her creative pursuits, Mariela enjoys spending time with her family and discovering new spots around Houston.
Katie has always been passionate about pursuing a career in design, a dream that started in high school and has evolved over the years. Initially drawn to Graphic Design, her interests shifted to Web Design and eventually grew into a love for Project and Operations Management for design teams. Katie thrives on combining creativity and strategy with organization and efficiency, allowing her to bring both structure and innovation to her work. She truly believes in the saying, “If you enjoy what you do, you never work a day in your life,” and is grateful to live that every day.
Outside of work, Katie channels her creativity through performing and directing at local community theatres. She also enjoys spending time outdoors on the lake with her family and exploring new adventures with her husband and best friend, Jordon. A unique highlight of Katie’s journey includes her time as a Face Character and Performer at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida—a chapter that adds a sprinkle of magic to her story.
Audrey Doyle
Audrey was born and raised in Houston, TX. She is a proud graduate of Houston Community College with an Associates in Communication Design and a specialization in Graphic Design. Audrey is a passionate Graphic Designer who loves art and creating new ideas. Her experience extends across multiple facets of design from Web Design to Video Editing. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys playing disc golf, working on art projects, and trying out new foods.
Koren is a Mississippi native who moved to Houston to continue her education. Growing up with a love of creating art and an interest in computers, she embarked on a path that would merge the two. As a graduate of the University of Houston in Graphic Design and Business, she launched her own freelance company that helps others create their visual story through design. Koren is passionate about using visuals to evoke feelings or dialogue. Outside of work, you can find Koren spending time with her family and friends, painting, traveling, or playing recreational sports.
Keilin, a Rosenberg, TX native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Downtown. With a passion for technology, design, and data. She thrives on solving challenges and exploring new ideas. Beyond the tech world, Keilin leads a multifaceted life.
She manages her family businesses, cares for her ranch animals (including her beloved cat), and finds peace in the rhythms of ranch life. On weekends, she’s all about catching sunsets, beach trips, and outdoor adventures with her husband and family. A photography enthusiast, Keilin loves capturing life’s little moments. When she’s ready to unwind, she’s likely rewatching her favorite shows, Modern Family or Peaky Blinders.
Kevin Garcia is a team player that loves Noir Films and DC Comics. A Houston native with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design/Web Programming from DeVry University.
With a strong passion for Web Development, Kevin Garcia has acquired over seven years of professional experience. From human resources portals to e-Commerce web pages; he’s well-versed in all things WordPress. In the past, Kevin has created and managed numerous websites simultaneously for a big international hair-care corporation.

Kayla was born and raised in Houston Texas and is a graphic designer who graduated from Lone Star College with a degree in Web Design and Visual Communications. She has a passion for merging creativity with technology, finding that graphic design perfectly captures this blend.
She is dedicated to using creativity to make a positive impact on others with a strong belief in the power of design to solve problems and enhance communication. Committed to continuous learning, she values collaboration and believes that great design flourishes through teamwork and shared ideas.
In her personal life, Kayla enjoys barbecues with her family and friends by the pool, traveling, going to concerts, and teaching her cat Harley new tricks! Kayla’s Favorite hobby is collecting vinyl records and shopping for new records to add to her collection!
Born in Utah, but spending the majority of her life in the Pacific Northwest, Brandy has been involved in the advertising world for most of her life and eventually found her way to Innovate’s team in 2018 after having worked in her family-owned small want ad newspaper until they closed their doors in 2017.
Brandy enjoys being a part of the Innovate team as our Sales Project Manager and takes pride in using her advertising experience to be put to use in the dental marketing field.
Brandy has been married for over 25 years and has 4 children, 2 grandchildren, and more pets than likes to admit. When not hard at work in the office, Brandy likes to spend her time outdoors either camping, hiking, or hunting, or traveling around the Pacific Northwest watching her daughter play fastpitch softball!
Gene’s professional path has always been strongly rooted in client connection, priding himself on cultivating many relationships that have followed him throughout multiple industries.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, adventure has always been in his blood. He is an avid hiker, spelunker, rock climber, and sunset chaser. Most likely with a camera in hand.
Passion for life and the value of connection have always played a huge role in defining his success, both personally and professionally.
Chloe is a Houston Native and graduate of the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) with a Bachelor of Science in Health and a Minor in Nutrition. Her past experiences as an RDA and in various educational roles have allowed her to gain knowledge working with patients, team members, and administrative leaders to achieve effective outcomes.
Her time working at local dental practices and businesses has inspired her to further herself as a dual MHA/MBA candidate for the University of Houston Clear Lake. She is always looking to grow her skillset as a person and career woman, and with Innovate she hopes to achieve her goal of becoming a leader in the healthcare industry.
Outside the office, she enjoys creative/bullet journaling, trying out new recipes and foods, and socializing with others, as she is a self-proclaimed “D1 Yapper”.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas; Lydian discovered her love for Marketing & Social Media by working with several non-profits in the Greater Houston Area after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Houston. Lydian grew up competing as a Championship Irish Dancer and was able to travel all over the world to attend competitions, she was even able to represent the State of Texas at an international pageant in Ireland.
As Innovate’s Internal Marketing Associate, Lydian is able to bring her enthusiasm for new marketing ideas to the office and is excited to help Innovate grow! When Lydian isn’t in the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends & family, and eating all the spicy food that she can get her hands on.
Anne Norwood is the Art Director at Innovate. She loves combining type and imagery to bring a client’s message to life visually. Anne grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and received her BS Degree in Graphic Design from San Jose State University, where she was also a scholar athlete. She now resides in the Portland metro area of Oregon. When not sitting in front of a computer screen, she would rather be outdoors – preferably backpacking to a lake with her husband and two adult kids.
Originally from a small town in Illinois, Emily moved to Houston with her now husband, Chris. As our Web Services Coordinator, Emily enjoys being on the more technical side of things and has found working at Innovate Dental Marketing to be extremely fulfilling “They encourage me to be myself, have the same moral values as me, and they push me to learn more every day and better myself!” (You rock Emily!)
Emily has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and played volleyball competitively for 15 years and still has a profound love for the sport. In her free time, she enjoys drawing pet portraits and cultivating her love for animation, being involved in the performing arts in which she has won numerous awards & titles. Also a recent dog parent, Emily enjoys spending days with her husky mix, Juniper.
Kolbi is a dedicated Sales Support Administrator with over a decade of experience in customer service. She excels at building strong relationships with clients and takes pride in creating a warm and inviting sales environment.
Kolbi’s ability to anticipate client needs and provide seamless support has made her an invaluable asset to the team. Outside of work, she cherishes quality time with her two energetic boys, Bentley and Lucas, often enjoying outdoor adventures, family games, or simply making memories together.
Mackenzie Stewart is a proud Texas Southern University graduate in Business Marketing and Advertising. Her strong passion for SEO and digital marketing drives her to help businesses grow.

Mark has enjoyed being a Designer for various industries, including many years in the Dental Marketing field, and feels Innovate is a special place because it boasts such talented, thoughtful people. He grew up in the Central Valley of California and currently lives in Portland, Oregon with the two best cats in the world. Apart from design, Mark is an award-winning artist with fans around the world and finds simple and immense pleasure in things like karaoke, road trips, and Dungeons & Dragons.
