Outside of work, Michael is a passionate and enthusiastic soul who loves creating amazing memories with his beautiful wife and 4 children.
In addition to his roles as Father, Dad, and CEO, Michael is also a Youth Baseball/Soccer/Basketball/Football Coach, Author, Airplane Pilot, Weekend Mariner, Musician, Philanthropist, Artist, and all-around good guy that his mother would be very proud of!

Before launching Innovate Dental Marketing in 2006, we worked together helping top advertising agencies across the country place media and grow their clients. We saw firsthand what worked, what didn’t, and how often good strategy got lost between too many handoffs + and too little accountability.
So we built something different.
Innovate started by helping independent dental practices compete, grow, and make smarter marketing decisions. Then, as dentistry changed and DSOs began rapidly expanding, we changed with it.
